C-Clamps benefits range from a wide variety of industries. Our Knu-Vise C-Clamps<\/a> are larger than our Plier clamps and are made to handle larger loads. C-Clamps or sometimes referred to as G-Clamps, are used to hold materials in place, usually wood or metal. These clamps are used in many industries such as carpentry, welding, automotive and more.<\/p>\n

C-Clamps have been used in wood working for quite awhile, they help hold pieces steady. When gluing wood together, it can have a habit of warping, by using a c-clamp to hold it in place while it dries can help prevent that. When welding a c-clap can be used to hold metal pieces steady while you weld them.<\/p>\n

C-Clamps Benefits In Automotive<\/h2>\n

When changing brakes, to apply pressure to the break caliper, you can use a c-clamp. Also if you own a truck with a cover, to hold the frame in place more often than not, a c-clamp is used. When doing automotive body work to hold pieces in place using \u00a0a clamp helps immensely.<\/p>\n
