Lapeer Manufacturing offers a wide variety of clamps. With two brands to choose from, Knu-Vise or Wolverine, we can supple the proper clamp for your next job. The Knu-Vis line has light to medium duty Linear and Hold-Down clamps as well as heavier duty clamps such as Pliers and C-clamps. Our Wolverine line is made up of heavy duty Linear Action and Hold Down Clamps.
Knu-Vise Clamps
- Air Operated Clamps - A air operated clamp, uses air-actuated cylinders to help operate the clamping action. We have a variety of capacity air operated clamps to choose from, from 100lb capacity to 1000lb capacity.
- Hold Down Clamps - A hold down clamp is used to provide a downward clamping force. We have Knu-Vise hold down clamps with vertical or horizontal handle when clamping. With capacities from 50lb all the way to 2000lb, we have the right hold down clamp for you.
- Linear Clamps - Linear action clamps are used for applying force away from or directly towards the surface they are mounted to. We have a large variety of Linear clamps to choose from, such as drawbar, hook, latch, push-pull and threaded rod.
- Squeeze Clamps- A squeeze action clamp apply a compression force between the two jaws of the clamp. These clamps are sometimes used in place of C-clamps. We have a variety of capacities and have two categories of squeeze clamps the C-clamp and pliers.
Wolverine Clamps
- Air Operated Clamps - A air operated clamp, uses air-actuated cylinders to help operate the clamping action, these clamps are also known as pneumatic hold down clamps. we also carry the cylinders for air-operated clamps.
- Hold Down Clamps - A hold down clamp, the most common type, is used to provide a downward clamping force. At Lapeer Manufacturing we offer vertical and horizontal hold down clamps.
- Linear Clamps - Our Wolverine Linear clamps are available in a push or pull variety. A push clamp uses a solid plunger to apply force in a straight line, while a pull clamp is designed to lock in a retracted position.
